I would like to know if anyone has implemeted any enhancement for below mentioned requirement
We have scenario where we have some accounts which are billed per calendar month. That is they are billed from first of the month to last of the month.
So actual FICA posting is taking place in following month.
For example Invoice for month of January will be created in first week of Feb.
So I would like to know if any of you guys have done enhancement around this to post these charges past dated. I was thinking of using billing allocation date? Because billing allocation date will still be last day of the month of January for above example?
Basically this boils down to having an enhancement to change posting date for FICA document for particular cases.
And also if we implement any such enahcement, are there any other impacts?
Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
