CRM 7.0 EHP3 SP3 - Clarification Case history not available

Hello,

I am working on SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3 SP3 for Utilities and I would like to use the clarification case history for a confirmed Account. When I tried to navigate to account overiew/clarrification cases for a specific customer, I don't see any clarification history. When I debugged the related entity object

'BuilAllBPEMCasesRel' is not available and also in Genil_model_browser for BuilHeader and it doesn't provide any list even in execution mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I make sure that the same BP has enough Clarrification cases in New and in progress status in SAP ISU system.
