Demand Charges based on Consumption (Quantity) in DPC

Hi Experts,

I am writing a schema wherein i am comparing first Consumption with one quantity value and then if condition is found true then Demand is to be multiplied with X price else it will be multiplied with Y price.

Previous Consumption was actual and current consumption is also actual.

Now i am using TSG as '0000' for this comparison but in this case, i am finding that despite the fact that IF Condition is true, the program control goes to check the statements under ELSE condition.

Please guide suggest what could be the problem.
