"Dismantling may not be earlier than XX/XX/XXXX"

Hi SAP Experts,

May i know your stand on this error that i have encountered upon replacing a meter.

While transacting a meter replacement via EG30; we encountered an error that says, "dismantling may not be earlier than 05/31/2016."

Upon investigation on our part, we found that the Valid From field in the Display Material Serial Number page (EC20>Device) is automatically updated on a daily basis. We do not know the reason behind this occurrence.
