Dunning Locks Bypass

Hi Everyone,

I need to bypass the dunning locks and perform dunning on those accounts which have *Dunning lock**

This is the requirement of Client.

Can anyone let me know is there any Event in FI-CA to achieve the above mentioned scenario.
