Cannot lock disconnection document; currently edited by another user

Hi Expert,

We have a scenario when we create a Move-out for a contract and then do a move-in for another contract, we get this error:

"Cannot lock disconnection document; currently edited by another user".

This error is from message class: CRM_IU_IC_DISC and message number: 006

As per the error the disc doc is locked by another user. But no other user works at that point. Only one user works at that point.

Also the disc doc is not opened in ECC.

The scenario is from IC-Web to ECC.

We are creating the move-out from IC-Web.

Please let me know if you have faced similar issue and help me to find the solution.
