Enhance CRM POD with custom attributes

Hello Experts,

I have enhanced the CRM POD with custom attributes following the standard cookbook .

I am facing issue while updating the Ztable for the custom attributes when I save the Technical master in CRM.Please could any one suggest me how to update the Ztable while saving the POD ( Ztable is created in the backend by standard SAP when I created the Settype)
