Hi Experts,
We are updating the Street Route using a custom program which in turn uses ISU_O_STREET_ROUTE_OPEN, ISU_O_STREET_ROUTE_ACTION and ISU_O_STREET_ROUTE_CLOSE to update the routes on MRU. However, When we check the IDOC logs in EL40 tcode, I get the error message 'Old sequence does not agree with current sequence', but it does not contain any device number. It would be great if anyone can provide information on the following points:
1. How to check for which device the above error is being thrown?
2. For some of the successful messages It only contains Old device- so shall I assume it did not update any new device?
3. Any document or link on EL40 tcode and especially how to read these IDOC logs- as the information provided in log is not at all clear.
4. Any information on the standard logic for re-sequencing the route for the MRU.
Appreciate any information in this regard. We are at IS-UT version- 606 and SP- 0007 in ECC.
