Currently I am handling a SAP CRM-ISU implementation project. Here I am stuck in one issue. We have to configure 16 service requests.
I have created the Z transaction type ZSVR by copping the transaction SRVR. Here we are having 16 service requests like Ownership Transfer, Allottee transfer, ECS registration, VDS Registration, Restoration, Permanent Disconnection, and Temporary Disconnection etc.
So my concern is how we need to map it in the system. Do we need to create only one transaction type under which, by the use of categorization schema, we can map all 16 service request but my issue is that all service requests will be having different statuses & different teams invloved in it
How we can control the statuses & PDPS by maintaining one transaction type or this type of requirement will be satisfied by creating 16 different transaction types.
So kindly provide your inputs on how we can map all these scenarios under one transaction type or do we need to create different transaction type for all these above mentioned service.
