We have to reverse one bill document and while reversing
this bill document we are getting error message “AH256- To reverse the billing
document, you must first reverse the invoicing document with which the billing
document was updated”.

So we tried to reverse that invoice document in EA15 and
there we are getting this error message, “EB056- No bill documents found for
processing”. We also tried reversal with EA13, there error message is “EB193-
No allocation to print document”, the detailed error description is this invoice
document must be reversed as one of the bill document was incorrectly attached
to another invoice and is processed.

We see in ERCHC table, this billing document it attached to
one more invoice document. But that invoice document is reversed and after that
this invoice which we trying to reverse is created.

We also found that this invoice we are trying to reverse was
outsorted and it was set for background release in a year ago EA05 but this
release was not complete. As user did not execute “earelinvoice” transactin
which is needed to complete the release in background. In “earelinvoice” we
still see this invoice document is waiting for background release, we tried to
release it there but it is giving error message “EB193- No allocation to print
document”, the detailed error description is this invoice document must be
reversed as one of the bill document was incorrectly attached to another
invoice and is processed.

So we are not able to reverse/release this invoice and hence
we are not able to reverse that bill document.

Please provide your inputs.
